Requirements

Slotted screwdriver or other sturdy flat tool

Instructions

1. Carefully wedge the sturdy flat tool between the stainless-steel grill and the plastic frame next to one of the four plastic clips.
2. Twist tool, loosening clip from its slot.
3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 beside each clip until the stainless grill can be removed from the fan.
4. Remove the grill.
5. Firmly pull the damaged fan blade directly out to remove.

If the hub (cylindrical plastic piece between the fan blade and motor shaft) is damaged remove it in same fashion as the grill (with sturdy flat tool) and replace it with the provided hub by pushing the new hub onto the motor shaft until it bottoms out.

6. Align the notch on the blade with the groove in the hub and firmly push replacement blade onto the hub until it bottoms out.

If individual clips are damaged simply separate, remove and replace with the provided replacement clips.

7. Line up the 4 clips with their slots pushing each in only slightly until all clips are started.
8. Push clips in individually until they click.
